"Drama" mode for iPhone?

I friend of mine took this photo with his (I believe) Samsung phone. Is there an app or a setting on the iPhone to do this?

It is definitely not a stock setting within Camera on the iPhone.

All you have to do is google what I wrote OR google iOS photo sequence because "drama" is actually called a sequence of shots.
