dreamcast question

i have some dreamcast games, and i think you can insert the discs from the games into a pc and extract certain things in it. is this true, and to what extent?

don't have easy access to the discs themselves, i want to be sure about the features i can access before going through the work of getting them out.

i know at least you can extract wallpaper from the disc, but i'm not sure of what else.

I remember back when I had my DC I remember putting one of the disks into my computer and it did indeed have extra content like that. I can't remember what game it was though 🙁

I know Sonic Adventure and Sonic Adventure 2 contain wallpapers.
