Dreamweaver Opensource / Free?

I know there are applications out there that are like Dreamweaver, but I have yet to find one that supports WebDAV synch / transfer (so far all I see is FTP & SFTP). Does anyone know of one?

Or there is Amaya which has an intel version (nvu is ppc).
