Is there any newer driver for Apple Cinema HD Display (HID device) than 3.0.0.0 from 2009-01-23?

It seems Windows 7 driver is working, but I do not see the overlay when changing brightness in Windows 8.1. Please note USB hub connector is connected to Mac Pro and BootCamp 6.1 detects the display properly. I can even change brightness using mouse.

Do you have the same problem under Windows 10?

A display is a display, connect and use.
Why do you need drivers?
I have never installed any monitor software in my life.....

Human Interface Device = USB

On Windows 7 if you disconnect the USB port connecting USB hub to the computer the overlay is gone.
