Hi! After taking my whitebook for repairs, they said my errors were probably being caused by a driver problem.
I thought "damn you VMWare! Ruining my computer!!" and i re-installed leopard. The errors have been reduced from 1 every 5min to 1 every 2-3h.

But i want to get my computer back to how it was, and now i'm afraid that i might put something back that will screw things again.
I noticed that my time machine has more Extensions (/System/Library/Extensions) than the vanilla install (10.5.6). Could this be where the drivers are installed?

Thanks

Oh, if you are interested, here are my errors:
Code:
kernel[0]: IOAudioStream[0x4dd3500]::clipIfNecessary() - Error: attempting to clip to a position more than one buffer ahead of last clip position (6f3,a92)->(6fa,1a56).
followed by
Code:
kernel[0]: AppleYukon2: error - Uncorrectable PCI Express error
