We don't live in a big city but my 96 year old grandad has never driven a car in his life and has never wanted to. My best friend has never had a car either and he's 55 but he did ride a motorbike for a couple of years in his teens.
It's quite rare these days not to want to drive but there are still a few out there who have no interest in cars and driving.
