Like many developers Ive seen a hit on sales lately without a good reason. Based on 3 years of historical sales data I have a good idea where my sales should be. One of my top apps has sales at <10% of where they should be.
Attached is a screen shot of a user showing their experience. They press buy, the button flashes and comes back blue and is stuck. They can buy other apps, just not mine. On the second day of email communication, I received verification that they are aware of the issue and I should check back in 3-5 days if the issue persists... WHAT?!?@!
