Anyone use Dropbox.com instead of Mobileme's iDisk? I have noticed in the last 2 days that the syncing doesn't work anymore and the website never comes up. Did they go out of business?

Why on earth would you assume, because one user has trouble accessing the site, that the company is out of business? Your first assumption should be that there's a problem on your end. Then, if many people can't connect, it's safe to assume that they may be having a temporary problem with their site. Going out of business is the last thing you should be assuming.
The site is working perfectly for me, so you can rule out any problem on their end.
Dropbox stores files using Amazon's S3 online storage service. So it's likely a problem connecting to that - which could mean your ISP, or any connection between your ISP and Amazon's S3 servers.
Whew, made me nervous for about .25 seconds til i opened it up. If they ever where to be having problems i'm positive they would let their customers know and not just close down. Besides, from what I can tell they are doing quite well. Got my 90$ for the year.
