dropped frame warning !

Hi,
What is the problem if I did every step from the 'warning dropped frame window' and still it pops up ???
My Seq setting is DV-Pal, 1 min length.
I think, and let me know if I wrong, that the problem start after I import a sound file (Aiff) to the time line, and also after I record a Voice-Over with the voice-over tool...something start to be heavy to the project.

I have Mac-Pro 2x 2.8 quad-core
4 GB memory
Final Cut 6

No, I work on Safe RT

if it annoys you just shut it off. If your using your local drive, that could be the culprit for the dropped frames at playback.

If your CPU isn't fast enough, just render out your audio files so they play smoothly.
