Dropped my backpack containing MB battery and PSP battery and ipod into swimming pool

i have a similar problem..
i dropped my ipod in water while it was ON.. i waited a day for it to dry and the screen just keeps blinking on & off.
i got this ipod two weeks ago for graduation:: please help!?

One of my buddies swam around for 30 minutes before remembering his cell phone was in his pocket. He took it inside and put it in the oven. I thought it was idiotic, but his phone works perfectly.

I would imagine it would be fine... I dropped my cell phone in a toilet (before I had used it), and I didn't wait (stupid me)... It worked like a charm, only thing wrong was the backround looked like a bunch of streaky colors - still usable though. It eventually went away, but don't be like me and wait a little while.

just 1 question... why were you carrying your batteries around?
