On a lighter side something else could fail during the warranty period, not related to the fall and they might just swap out the whole thing.

Best wishes going forward.

Or they could blame what ever else goes wrong with it on the fall, and blame it on user error and not cover it under the warranty at all.

Carpet on your house you say? Regardless, taste in interior decorating doesn't always go hand in hand with what you can drop your electronics on.

was joking, dont you get it? do you think that someone would really carpet their house because they dropped their precious godly computer. lol. geekymuch?

That looks like a chemical spill.

Or what specialists use to remove hazardous liquids from a leak (as a result of a car accident, mind you).

Either way, that looks atrocious.

yea ok, you're the god of fashion. I said I loved mine, I'm not asking for your opinion nor forcing someone else to get one of these. Dont hate cos you cant afford it

Disagree.

Hard floors are better than carpet, not only because the former is much easier to clean and replace, but because you're forced to be more careful with anything you carry.

Isn't that a bad thing?

I can understand if you mean it forces better habits, but 99% of falls are usually accidental or not the person's fault. It may force you to use better protection habits like cases, but then it just comes down to hard floor = case required.
