Dropped Nexus 4 in water - probably need new phone

The title pretty much explains it all... 😱

I have/had (depending on if it'll ever work again) a Nexus 4 16GB.

As it is unlikely to function any more, which phone do you think I should go for now? HTC One? S4? Wait for S5? Note 3? iPhone 5S?

I'm really confused right now and I guess I'll have to dry it out in some rice and wait and see if it'll work.
