OK,
How do I either prevent my Mac OSX from writing these .DS_Store files on my USB each time I try to move a file/movie from my Macbook to my Windows 7 machine?

Hey, thanks alot spinnerlys

But it seems that I need to open and run the utility on my mac in order to get the files removed? if i am not mistaking
that makes it a hassle!

isnt there a windows tool that maybe does this automatically?

i usually just copy filed from my mac to windows on a media partition drive.

And simply delet them by searchig that drive letter for " .DS_Store" and " ._ "

Doing the search on my windows machines seems much easier than having to start up an utility and then tell it what to do n my mac.

if you know what i mean.
