I'm looking into getting DSL at my apartment. There's an awesome deal being offered through a non-profit organization called RAIN (www.rain.org). $18.95 a month for DSL.

My question is this: I have heard that DSL comes through your existing phone line. How then can I get it to my Airport Express, which only has an ethernet cable hookup?

DSL, like cable, requires a modem (DSL modem, not standard one). That modem has an ethernet port for you to use....

You certainly can't beat the price of $18.95 for DSL. What is the reliability of that service? What speed will you be getting?

Reliability issues has kept me from switching to another service.
