iPod touch DST automatically change on Touch?

Does Daylight Saving Time automatically change on the Touch? I need to set an alarm for 7am and am wondering if I should set it for 7 or for 8.

Answer was yes.

It would have been embarassing had it not. My Zen did, but the Zunes did not, Samsung P2s and T10 did not, Nanos 3rd and 4th generation did not, Insignia Pilot did not, and all the rest didn't have a clock.

These devices will only change if they can connect to a network or signal to the atomic clock.
