Dual Apps in "Open With"

Since recloning my HD with CC I now have dual's in my Open With. I've tried all the things I can find in the forum. (guess they are from old version of Mac)

How can I get rid of these in Snow Leopard, short of reloading from scratch.

Looks like in Leopard you must use Apple Script Editor ...
