So I am about to upgrade my mbp to 500gb and which will mean I will have two sata hd's laying around (one 100gb and one 120gb)...also I have a thinkpad t42 that I plan on turned into a osx86 box to run as a print server/media server...
I have been looking on newegg for a 2 sata bay enclosure but not finding anything great.... anyone have any other ideas... i guess i could do two separate enclosures and a hub?

It sounds like you are looking for a dual bay enclosure for 2.5" drives- if that is the case then I have never seen one for that size drives. If on the other hand you are looking for dual bay 3.5" enclosures instead, OWC has several nice ones among their Hard Drive Enclosures selection.
