Dual Boot Windows 10, Having trackpad problems

Hi all, I just recently got windows 10 on my mac using bootcamp and I'm just wondering if I can enable tap to click as I have in OSX El Capitan. I find it very irritating that I have to press down to click. Inside mouse and trackpad settings there was no option to change this.

Any help would be great!

There's Bootcamp Control Panel that runs on the taskbar (by the time/date), and you can access what you're looking for in there.
