Hi,

I used bootcamp to install Win7 and was trying to create additional partition for storing files and using bit locker.

After installing Win7, I used Disk Manager to find hidden partition and formatted the partition, always had a problem. Can't boot either Win7 nor IOS.

Ended up reformatting a complete HDD and start IOS over.

Please advise what I have done wrong ? Is it possible to create additional partition to use bit locker in Win7 ?

Thank you,

Your MacBook Air will not run iOS.

#1 answer: Leave the hidden partition alone! That's OS X's recovery partition. Do not touch.

What you'd do is partition the visible Macintosh HD partition.

Follow the instructions in Disk Utility Help.
