Dual Dell Monitors with MB Air Mid 2018?

Would these accessories work for Dual Dell HDMI monitors and my MacBook Air Mid 2018?

The first one will duplicate the HDMI signal - so you'll get the same picture on both screens.

The second provides a single HDMI port.
