I am replacing my old 27" iMac with a Mac studio. I will be running 2 monitors and 2 computers - the Mac Studio and a Windows laptop.

Can anyone recommend either a Mac-compatible dual-monitor KVM or Monitor with built-in KVM that can support 2 monitors and that the KVM switch can be initiated with a keyboard hot key sequence?

In doing a bit of digging, I was looking at a Dell U2722DE as a monitor with built-in KVM but it's input is NOT Thunderbolt 3 so I am pretty sure it won't support extended display to the 2nd monitor.

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

One of the Benq monitors, with their external HotKey Puck, might be your best bet. As far as I know, there isn't a way on the Mac to daisy-chain two monitors together and then use a single Thunderbolt/USB-C cable to switch between computers.

With the Benq, you should be able to connect both computers to each monitor via separate cables, then use the HotKey Puck to switch between inputs. You'd have to switch each monitor independently, but at least the Puck would be an external physical device, instead of fiddling with buttons on a monitor every time.

Looks like im a little late to reply here, incase you don't have anything yet have a look at NEC. I have a few different models from them, all the PA series, 27" or 30". They all have a KVM built in with an input button on the front of the screen to switch between. There is also an aplication you can run which enables you to assign a hotkey to switch them.
I don't have any of the modern screens from them, they're all 6+ yrs old but the latest 31" 4k screen they do looks like is still have enough cable inputs to still be a kvm.

My Eizo CS2740 also has a built-in KVM switch. See the two screen captures below:
