Dual Monitors?

I have a 13" MBA that I want to run dual monitors. Is it easy to do? What kind of adapters would I need?

You either need a Matrox DualHead2Go or a USB 3.0 video adapter.

Thanks, any advantage with one or the other. I've read about people not being able to use iPhoto with a monitor hooked up to a USB to video adapter. What is the price range on either?
