ok, I have two g5s with two 20" aluminum cinema displays each. I know that they make a program for windows users that allows them to extend the desktops of the computers over a network. here is my dream...
I am running leopard on both and logic studio on one. using logic node I can use all four 2 gig processors to render audio. I can use synergy to use one keyboard and the network desktop extender to have 4 monitors.
Please help me find this darn program if they even make it for macs.

    Thanks in advance.

    http://www.apple.com/remotedesktop

Doesn't combine the power just makes using two machines or more from one screen a bit easier if they are in different buildings.

Edit: Might be some more info here http://guide.apple.com/ if people don't have free/cheap alternatives, of which Unix has some.

oh I know. Logic node splits the audio put to be processed on other computers. I just want to use four screens but still have two computers with separate screens as well.
