Dualboot after installing VirtualBox

Hey guys,

Installed VirtualBox yesterday and ran WindowsXP on it for a couple of hours, just to see what it was like. I've since deleted all trace of both from my Mac and am being asked at boot to choose a disk; either Macintosh HD or Recovery.

Kinda confused by this! Any help?
