Dude Smashes 500 Dollar iPad!

Saw this on another site earlier today. The kids didn't even look/sound like they were having $500 worth of fun. They should have just spent it on beer and got into some underage drinking...
What is actually funnier/sadder (I guess both ironically) than that is this simple fact: One day when those spoonfed, attention dependant, lacking common sense individuals realize that they no longer have mum and daddy to provide for them. They will also come to grips with the fact that they were never really equipped to survive in the real work and as a direct result will try to shmooze their way in and out of jobs until one day when they're strung out on crack, depressed and wishing they had one person in the world who truly cared about them, they will remember that fateful day in early April when they smashed the iPad and truly realize what they have done. They will also realize that Steve Jobs really did love them and care for them enough to provide an iPad for their pleasure, yet they abused it, now they will spend eternity in hell separated from Steve. That's sad isn't it........
I'm upset they broke an iPad, more upset with the fact that these idiots could have donated that money to charity or done something more useful with it rather than waste $500.
Same thing has been done on the launch of the xbox 360, PS3, and wii. Stupid yes, but nothing new.

What a bunch of morons. I don't understand the appeal of destroying something just because you can. They should have just given it away to someone who couldn't really afford an iPad but really needed it.
I'm glad that I actually work for a living and can appreciate how much hard work people have to put in to buy something like the iPad.

They bought it from Best Buy I guaranty they bought the warranty. Notice he is still carrying the box.

This was pointless the diff between this and the game consoles is at least those dudes did in front of a whole crowd and did it as a stunt for a website or show. These kids did it front of a few best buy employees and the only reason is because they have money to blow.
