Hey, did you enable touch bar in duet's settings in the menu bar? Also can you tell me the exact macOS and duet version (for both Mac and iOS) that you are on?Ok. I just emailed support and what they gave me for an answer doesn't work...why is it that I don't see the touch bar support on my Macbook air (2015 13") and iPad Pro 9.7 in as an option? Running the latest versions of the software and OSes on both devices...
Very strange.
It's not an option in my menu bar. I know support just sent a screen shot with the same thing and the option isn't showing up for me - I just downloaded and installed the newest version of Duet on iOS and the companion app on my Mac. I'm running 10.12.2 on the mac and 10.2 on my iPad Pro. I don't get it.
Here's a screen shot of what I see.

Just read that you said 10.2 on your iPad Pro, sorry about that. When I said version, I meant version of duet on the Mac (you can see it by hitting the gear icon in that picture you sent). iOS version is a bit harder but you can just update from the app store.Any chance you are on iOS 7?

I sent a three part message but I think you are on 10.12.1 based on your support ticket. You need to be on 10.12.2 or later. It's all the latest version (Mac Version 1.6.3.4) I downloaded it today. The problem is not the version.
I got it working with 10.2.2 on my wife's Macbook Air 13" but my 11" is still not working under 10.2.2 - I made sure I was completely updated on the OS and it's still not showing that option. It is a Late 2010 Macbook Air 11" - is it possible there is a hardware incompatibility?
While I'm at feature requests, would be nice to have the option to also disable touch on the display other than the touch bar, that way it can set under the keyboard without adding random touches.
I don't think Microsoft have released touch bar support in Office 2016 yet, have they? Finally, the touch bar controls for Microsoft Office 2016 are not appearing when an Office app is in focus.

Yeah, they were a bit disingenuous with that blog post - it reads as if it's already there, but it isn't yetI had read the blog post attached that they had added it. Or is it still forthcoming?

If you ask for a refund, can you buy it again later? Because I bought it on sunday for 20€ and today I asked for a refund, but it doesn't give me the option to buy it again. I hope it doesn't mean I can 't ever get that app back even paying it again, that would be stupid.I wanted to like Duet - I spent some time comparing competing apps. I have an 5K iMac as my primary device, but a Win10 PC for my work and it nearly bricked my GPUs (dual RX 470s). It took me nearly the entire day to get it back up and running. Duet worked fine on my iMac, but I only purchased it a couple weeks ago and I've barely touched it since. It also messed up AirPlay to my ATV4 for a bit.
I've already asked Apple for a refund - spending $20 just a couple weeks ago for something that was cumbersome and then put on sale is irritating.
