Dumb question. How do you rate iTunes movies on ATV4?

Can't find it for the life of me. There's Ratings and Reviews section that you can select but when clicked it does nothing.

I couldn't work it on ATV3 either, think it can only be done via iTunes on iPhone/iPad/iPod./PC/Laptop etc.

But why Apple doesn't want us to rate movies in ATV when iTunes recommendation depends on it? It was so easy to rate movies on Netflix on ATV3.
