Dumb question - Take tmobile iPhone 6 to verizon?

I'm selling my old iphone 6 to a friend, but found out she has verizon. I'm well aware that Tmobile is GSM and Verizon is CDMA.

So- can she use my tmo phone on Verizon? The internets are providing conflicting information.

Edit - phone is unlocked.
