i know the sdk is available but is the os also available to download for developers as well ?
 
i was debating on renewing it or not i only heard the sdk was available i didnt read or hear anything about the betas
 
No problem, some users don't know the difference and since I don't know where you fall I wanted to be specific without being rude.

As a paid Dev you see the download links to both the SDK and the Beta OS.
