Dumping MobileMe-exporting contacts?

Hi,
I did a quick search on this, and was unable to find what I was looking for. I'm dumping my mobile me account, because I really have no need to pay for online storage, and email when I have no iPhone, and don't need to sync all my calendars, email etc...

Anyway, i just need to know how to export my contacts from MobileMe. Help? Thanks!

Sync up your address book with google contacts, then ditch MobileMe.

Sync up your address book with google contacts, then ditch MobileMe.

I do use Gmail, but is there a way to like export it to a folder to then later import into whatever mail carrier I use?

EDIT: I will want to import them into Yahoo and Outlook.
