OK so I'm from Mexico but I'm currently studying in Quebec, and I also heard that the 15" DL PB displays are getting the line issue fixed. My mac is 3 months old but I didn't bring any of the papers that came with it. So I'm wondering if I need any of that stuff to call Apple and get the screen fixed or they'll do it no questions asked since the 15" DL PBs should all still be covered by the one year warranty. Also, do I need to delete any illegal movies, software and disable FrontRow or back up my stuff before sending it in? EDIT: To those who got their displays fixed, how long did it take?
