Duplex printing appearing upside down

After connecting my HP PSC 6280 to my macbook, it works nearly fine. But when i go to do double sided printing, it prints the first page - lets it dry, sucks the paper back in and then prints on the other side. but one of the sides is upside down. i have printed, and wasted a few sheets trying to get this to work by playing around with different settings. and no luck.

i was wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

There should be an option to have it flip on the short side. Change that and it should be okay. For portrait, it should flip on the long side.

do you know what section that would be under? since i cant seem to find it.

Choose "Layout" from the bottom drop-down menu. Then you'll see it at the bottom of that section.

well the only thing in layout was to print more than one document on to one page. upto 16 pages.
