Since I upgraded to iOS 13, sent e-mail shows twice on my phone even if the recipient(s) only receives once. I am using Exchange E-Mail.
Any thoughts?

Same in 13.1 when using Outlook, although my main IMAP account has no such issues.

If I remember right, I had the same issue on iOS12 so just put it down to an Outlook issue and ignored it.

A quick google suggests there's no resolution. Outlook (hotmail, whatever) puts copies of sent mails in their Sent folder despite the fact they shouldn't, because it's the IMAP client (Apple Mail on iOS and MacOS) that does this.

So, Outlook does it then the Mail app does it too. Hence the bug. The only "fix" I know of is to just ignore the duplicates :(
