Delete the bad songs. IDK why you got 2 copies. Check in your music folder and see if there is any kind of dupes in there.

When I put the sd card back in the mac there's no duplicates showing its only when I put it in my car stereo it shows up all the albums which are in folders then say for example tracks 1-14
Will be like

-.01 track name

All the way to track 14 then after that there's another load of tracks 1-14 but listed as

01 track name

And the second load play. So somehow either the mac is making hidden duplicates or the stereo is duplicating the tracks but I would of thought it would of been the mac I dunno?

These are perfectly normal hidden files that the Finder creates and store various info about the files in OS X. You can use various apps to 'clean' them off external drives, I like CleanMyDrive

They're not duplicates, they are tiny in size compared to the files they refer to. But they are quite annoying if you use the drive on non-macs as well.
