Duplicate photo cleaner?

I have thousands of photos on my phone.
Unfortunately iCloud usually creates duplicates every time I upgrade devices.

Is there a decent iOS solution to cleaning up the duplicates? Or am I better off buying a MacOS solution?

I did. I just used Remo duplicate remover. Worked for “free”.

Will Remo duplicate remover allow many file deletions in groups.? Some only allow a few. I have thousands of duplicates on iCloud..

Looks like it will not work with 11.5 w/o M1 chip... Alternatives??
