Durability of MBP vs iBook/MacBook?...MBP vs MB

Based upon the Powerbook vs iBooks already released, and considering the current MBP's construction- Would it be reasonable to assume that the new MBs will take a little more abuse than the MBPs? ...not that I plan to abuse mine; but I know that there most likely will be small accidents eventually if I take my laptop out regularly.

I had assumed that I would want a MBP for my design/sign work and would get my family an iMac or MB/iBook for less demanding use. Now I am wondering if I would be happy on a MB as well- considering that I am running everything off a 1.5Ghz Mini w/ 1 Gig ram and have no problems except occassional pinwheel breaks.

Any comments? (besides how tired everyone is of people asking about products that aren't released yet....🙄

I think you really have to wait until the macbooks are released because there is rumor that their design is changing.
