I was using my Mini near our patio doors at the weekend and noticed when the sun caught it at the right angle, there was a lot of dust under the screen:

Now, the dust is only visible in certain light but I'm concerned that there is some kind of leakage in the screen and even more (bigger) particles will eventually work their way into the iPad eventually.

Do you think this is worth a trip to the local Apple store to bring up with them? I've noticed another single large speck of dust under the screen (towards the middle) so perhaps this is the start of an eventual problem for my Mini?

Any suggestions? The corner dust is only visible with the screen off and in bright light at the moment so my concern is that it isn't too excessive for replacement at the moment.

Thanks!

I've a single dust particle under the screen. Taking it to the apple store next week. It's a manufacturing defect in my opinion.

I guess its a likely problem for iPads as their screens aren't laminated to the glass.
