iPad dust behind the screen

Just got my rMini today. Opened it, and woala. Big black dust about 2mm right behind the screen.

Very annoying. n very disappointed. Not really looking forward to go to apple to exchange my new rMini with a refurb.

You are within your 14 days return period. Do NOT go to the Genius. Instead that the rMini to a sales person to return and get a new one.

I don't think it's dead pixel. it looks like dust under the glass, on top of the screen. This is my first blop on new device from Apple after owning so many device. They must have drop the QC on the rMini production.
 
I'd definitely try to return it or get it swapped out. Apple might have some for AppleCare+ replacements at this point. It's worth giving it a shot. I'd be pretty unhappy if I were in your shoes.
 
Called apple. They r gonna exchange it. It's gonna be another 2weeks be4 I could get replacement.
