Dust Under Iphone Screen - Unlocked 3GS

As the title says, i have a few large pieces of dust under the screen of my 3GS. I've only had it since March, and I'm worrying about taking it to my Local Apple Store (Kingston - UK) because it's unlocked. It's a legally unlocked model that i got from Germany, i was just wondering if anyone has had experience and if my warranty is intact?

im pretty sure the warranty is only valid in the country of origin. It wont matter if its unlocked.

really? darn how much you think they'd charge me? and what about my apple care warranty will that cover it?
