Well I had my phone replaced and everything was perfect until I noticed a spec of dust under the lower lens on the back. Only noticed it under intense light. Is there a way to see where it would visually affect a image. What lens is the lower lens. I’m not about to get my phone replaced if it doesn’t affect photo quality.

Even high end lenses have dust, debris, etc., behind the lens, it's fairly common. In general, minor scratches and small particles of dust/debris aren't going to make a difference to quality and will not likely be visible in photos. Taking a pictures of solid colors may be a way to test if you wanted to.
