How do you clean?

The process I use is to "macro dust", getting the majority of the dust off the furniture and either onto a rag or onto the floor. Also, no point in wet dusting/polishing at this stage.

Then I vacuum. Sorry, doesn't matter how good the filter is in your vacuum, the real issue is how good the seal is around the beater brushes...that's how dust gets back into the air, not from the filter exhaust.

Then I go back and polish/detail dust so that everything is all sparkly.
 
As long as my slave does it, I don't care what order it's done. All I care is that everything is clean and tidy. If so, I will not have to do any beating. ;)

Anyway, the logical order is dust, then vacuum. Otherwise, you're bound to get some dust on the floor and then have to vacuum again. :rolleyes:
 
I dust completely first, and then vacuum. For me, the dust doesn't get on anything from the vacuum cleaner, especially since I mostly use the brush tool for most of the corners, and on desks, etc.
