DV Output of screen

I could do it with my MiniDV camera, but don't know how the quality would be. My Canon Optura 20 will take a composit video feed and convert it to DV on the fly.

So I suppose you could mirror your desktop and send it out through composite video to the camera and then capture it on another machine as DV.

Just a thought....
