dvd conversion with new screen

So with the new iphone resolution do the settings change when converting dvd's? I use handbrake, will they release a new update with an iPhone 4 preset?

Do you guys know of any other software up there that already has an iPhone 4 preset?

The Apple Universal settings work very well on the iPhone 4 and iPad.
