iPod touch DVD converter

i am wondering what is the best program that can convert my dvds into the ipod....i plan on putting tv show types of dvds

The best to use is HandBrake. Best of all, it's free!

I agree with nineteentwelve, Handbrake is really good. Another options is iSquint, if you're on a mac. Not to sure about the windows side, but when I was on it I used Videora.

Using HandBrake yes. isquint and Videora are just converters not rippers. Good DVD rippers on the mac are MacTheRipper and of course HandBrake. On Windows DVD Decrypter is what I used.

Just make sure you select/toggle the right preset for the iPod on the right-hand side.

Quality is really good.
