Dvd player makes noies when transporting

Hi all, just got a 13" mac book pro and when I carry it from one location to another I hear a noise coming from the Dvd drive. It sounds like a plate is loose. It usually only makes the sound once. I tried in "sleep" mode. Is this normal?

That's normal and bad for the DVD. You really shouldn't be transporting the computer when you have a disc spinning inside of it.

it's the hard drive, sudden motion sensor, parks the head in order to prevent damage to the HDD due to motion or a drop

it's a single click
