Okay, I don't know what happened. I installed HandBrake and something called Forty-Two DVD-MP Plus 2.3.2. Now, when I insert a DVD, it does not appear on my desktop, when I open it in the DVD Player it says "File Not Supported". I don't know what happened? I know usually the DVD I inserted plays with no problem and appears on my desktop. HELP!

Here's something to try:

Go into System Preferences: CDs and DVDs
And see what your default preferences are set to.

If those are ok,
look in Disk Utility and see if the DVD is recognized but just not mounting or if its mounting and DVD player just won't play it, or if the disc is not even showing up at all.
