DVD Studio Pro - File Corruption - HELP!

Quick Senario of what happened

I tried to save my project, program got hung up, had to force quit, rebooted and now when I try to open my project I get a "Error Loading Project" "Invalid Project File Format"

... Is there a way to roll things back, or something?
