DVD Studio Pro -- How To Just Add Text

I just want a text button that says "Extras". I want to be able to make it black since it's on a white background.

However, with the "add menu" function and the properties it has, I am not able to select the text font and size.

What should I do?

I know this is old but...

I was searching through google today and found this post and thought it only positive to give an answer to anyone else who is searching so they can find the answer.

In DVD studio pro on the right hand side under the palette click on styles then make sure sure text is selected and drag a text of your choosing over to the left.

I am one of the people who just dive into an application and use google to find things as I go along. I hope this helps anyone else doing a search.
