DVD Studio Pro template files disappeared

None of the stuff on the templates, styles, or shape fields show up now. I installed them on an external hdd to make room when I installed FCS. I also recently used DVD Studio Pro for a project and everything worked perfectly. How can I point DVD Studio Pro back to those files?
