DVD will play on DVD player but not on PC?

I have the DVD Munich that I'd like to rip for ATV. Laptop, won't play. Desktop, won't play. Blank screen. On the Mac it says skipping bad sectors. On a DVD player, no problem, plays. Handbrake, MacX DVD Ripper and Ripit cannot see. Any ideas how I might rip it?

Make sure the Munich disk is clean. Run a lens cleaner disk through the players that aren't playing nice. I like Make MKV for ripping.
